PRICE LIST - Effective January 1, 2012

A. CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL DESIGN AND DRAFTING SERVICES

PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND LAYOUT $80.00/HR

WORKING DRAWINGS

Working Drawing Set Includes:

  1. Foundation Plan
  2. Main Floor Plan
  3. Second Floor Plan (where applicable)
  4. Elevations (4)
  5. Cross Section(s)

Prices are based on developed house area only.

RESIDENTIAL WORKING DRAWINGS $0.80/SQ.FT.

Price Includes:

  1. One initial meeting, where house design is discussed and preliminary drawings are ordered.
  2. Two copies of preliminary drawing set which includes:
      • Front elevation concept
      • Main floor plan
      • Second floor plan (where applicable)
  3. One follow-up client meeting where MINOR changes may be ordered at little or no additional cost based on the discretion of Classic Residential Design Inc. at the time of the meeting.
  4. Six blueprint copies of final working drawing set or Originals.

DRAWING CHANGES

Should the client require any further drawing changes during or after the working drawings have been completed, a revision fee of $80.00/hour will be charged.

ADDITIONAL PRICING (Where Applicable)

1. Extra elevation
(i.e. stock plans)

 $0.10/sq.ft.

2. Extra cross sections
(i.e. stock plans with 2 or more elevations, large or complex homes)

 $0.10/sq.ft.
3. Developed basement plan (based on main floor sq. ftg.) $0.20/sq.ft.
4. Walk-out basement (engineering extra) $0.10/sq.ft.
5. Houses over 3000 sq.ft. $0.10/sq.ft.
6. Houses over 4000 sq.ft. priced on a project by project basis  
(PRICES BASED ON TOTAL DEVELOPED HOUSE AREA.)  

B. ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTING SERVICES

ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTING FEE: $80.00/HR

PRICES APPLICABLE TO ANY ONE, OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Additional client meetings
  2. Working drawing revisions
  3. Consulting with engineers
  4. Meetings with city or local authorities
  5. Sub-trade consultations
  6. On-site visits/inspections

C. STOCK PLANS

$0.50/sq.ft. includes one hour of revisions and one set of plans
(Basement developments and walk-outs not included - call for rate.)

D. PRINTING SERVICES

Blueprint Copying
18" x 24" original size: $3.00/sheet
24" x 36" original size: $5.00/sheet

Replotting
18" x 24" original size: $10.00/sheet
24" x 36" original size: $15.00/sheet

GENERAL NOTES

All of our work is professionally done on a COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN AND DRAFTING system. Classic Residential Design Inc. reserves the right to re-price a project based on size and or complexity providing it is discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of work on said project at which time a written quote may be obtained by the client.

Condominium projects prices on a a per project basis.

ABSOLUTELY NO COMPUTER BASED FILES WILL BE RELEASED with the exception of PDF files.

TERMS

First three invoices C.O.D.
All subsequent invoices - NET 30 DAYS (upon invoice receipt)
Overdue accounts will be charged interest at a rate of 24% per annum
